Are Diets and Exercise the only way to lose weight?

Often experts suggest that diet and exercise are the only factors driving weight loss success, but this is simply not true. Rather, diet and exercise are only effective if the body has a proper balance of vitamins and minerals. As we all know, vitamins and minerals are important building blocks for the body. They are necessary to make hormones, repair tissues, maintain bodily function, and provide energy. Without the proper amounts of these building blocks, the body has a very hard time breaking down fat (a process called metabolism) or maintaining energy throughout the day. One of these vitamins is of importance. Vitamin B12 is necessary for cells of the body to convert fat into energy. If the body does not have enough vitamin B12 it will not be able to use fat to make energy. Therefore, low levels of vitamin B12 results in less bang for your dieting buck, low energy, and even health problems. Vitamin B12 deficiency is much more common than most people think. In fact, an estimated 20 million Americans suffer from vitamin B12 deficiency, many of which are unaware. (1) Correcting this low level of vitamin B12 restore energy and significantly help with weight loss. If you have tried diet and exercise and had little or no success a vitamin B12 deficiency may be to blame.

Normally, our body absorbs all the vitamins and minerals that we need directly from our food during digestion. However, our bodies can only absorb 1-5% of all of the vitamin B12 we consume, whether it be from food or from a supplement, during digestion. (2) For some people, it is even less. Therefore, it is not always possible to get all the vitamin B12 we need through diet alone. Recently it has become clear that many people are not getting the amount of vitamin B12 they need to effectively burn fat and maintain energy. (3) Lipotropic vitamin B12 injections bypass the inefficiencies of digestion and deliver vitamin B12 directly into the body where it can be used immediately to improve energy and burn fat. In fact, lipotropic B12 injections are considered the “gold standard” method for correcting vitamin B12 deficiency.

Lipotropic B12 injections, however, are designed to do a lot more than simply provide the body with high-quality vitamin B12 in a safe and highly effective manner. Along with vitamin B12, lipotropic B12 injections contain other nutrients which help the cells of the body produce energy. These nutrients activate the small cellular machines called “enzymes” which the body uses to burn fat or sugar into energy. The healthy blast of these nutrients provided in lipotropic B12 injections encourages the body to ramp up metabolism in a safe and natural manner. This results in more energy and a faster metabolism which will burn more calories throughout the day. Because these nutrients are delivered directly into your body, you will feel and see results almost immediately.

The true power of lipotropic vitamin B12 injections is realized when they are used in combination with a healthy diet. As I am sure you have noticed, not all food is created equal, and some food makes our bodies feel and perform better than others. The same is true for lipotropic B12 injections.

Maintaining a healthy diet will dramatically increase the efficacy of lipotropic B12 injections and help you keep weight off in the long run. As mentioned above, lipotropic B12 injections increase fat burn to help you reduce weight and waistline. To maximize the weight loss effects of lipotropic B12 injections, it is important to eat a diet that minimizes the amount of new fat the body makes. It is a common misconception that dietary fat (fat we eat in our food) turns into the fat in our bellies. Dietary fat is rarely stored, rather, our bodies convert unused carbohydrates into fat and that is stored for later use. A healthy low carbohydrate diet can minimize the production of new fat and maximize the effect of lipotropic B12 injections. Instead, substitute carbohydrates with healthy protein (steak, chicken, shrimp, tofu, etc.) and healthy fats (polyunsaturated fats from avocados, olive oil, nuts. etc.). Round out your diet with small amounts of complex carbohydrates (whole-grain bread, brown rice, etc.). Whatever you do, cut out all the processed foods you can. Processed foods, especially those high in carbohydrates, will turn into fat almost instantly.  A diet that is high in protein and good fat and low in carbohydrates will allow the nutrients in the lipotropic B12 injections to target and melt the fat from all the areas you don’t want it.

Not only do lipotropic B12 injections help with weight loss they also improve many other body systems. Some of the additional benefits include:
